In this video we take a smooth daytime drive (starting at 3:00 pm) in 4K 60FPS from Busega Interchange in Kampala 🇺🇬 all the way to Entebbe, using Uganda’s modern Kampala–Entebbe Expressway.
This 49.6 km toll expressway connects Kampala to Entebbe International Airport, offering a faster and safer alternative to the old Entebbe Road.
Captured in real time, this drive shows afternoon traffic conditions, toll plazas, and the towns along the route.
Route Highlights:
• Busega Interchange – starting point
• Lweza / Kabojja suburbs
• Kajjansi Toll Plaza – midpoint & Munyonyo Spur
• Abayita-Ababiri Interchange – connection to old Entebbe Road
• Mpala – approaching the airport
• Entebbe Town – end of journey
Toll Fees (One Way):
• Motorcycles 400cc and above: UGX 3,000
• Cars & Light Vehicles: UGX 5,000
• Medium Trucks (2–3 axles): UGX 10,000
• Large Trucks & Buses (4-5 axles): UGX 15,000
• Extra-large Trucks (6 or more axles): UGX 18,000
Not permitted on the Expressway:
Pedestrians, bicycles, animals, and motorcycles below 400cc.
