This was an amazing flat roof project to be involved with — and I was lucky enough to be on site the day the scaffolders removed the tin roof just before a heavy downpour hit. It gave us the perfect opportunity to show how exposed a roof can be and how critical correct waterproofing, flashing, and detailing really is.
