Kurt Wilkinson is an Adelaide-based horticulturalist known for his innovative approach to garden design, specializing in creating resilient and creative gardens suited to the dry, Mediterranean climate of South Australia. His garden "Yalamurra" lies to the north of the greater Adelaide area. After many years of experimentation and setbacks, the garden has emerged resilient and capable of withstanding considerable stresses. The plants are chosen for their varied contrasting textures, colours and growth habits, enabling a dynamic seasonal display.
