Ingredients:
1 pc. Whole chicken breast (butterfly cut)
1 pc. Maggi Magic Sarap
Season with/ black pepper
4 pcs. Chicken ham
4 pcs. Melting cheese, sliced
For gravy
4 Tbsp. Butter
4 Tbsp. Flour
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1/2 cup Button mushrooms
1 tsp. Mustard
1 1/2 cup Water
1/2 Tbsp. Maggi Magic Sarap
1/2 cup All-purpose cream
1/2 cup Melting cheese
Season with/ salt & black pepper
Dredging
Egg, season with salt
Flour, season with Garlic powder, Salt, Black Pepper, Paprika
Breadcrumbs
Oil, for frying
