1 cup oil ( will reduce later )
180 g onion sliced
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
500 g muttton
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp kashmiri mirch
2 tsp coriander powder
½ tsp cumin powder
⅓ tsp turmeric powder
2 bay leaves
½ cup curd
3 raw potato 🥔

1 tsp cumin seeds
12-15 black pepper corn
4 green cardamom
1 inch cinnamon stick
3-4 cloves
½ mace
Coriander leaves
Green chilli
