"Get your sh*t together" : Air Transat passengers angry as flights cancelled ahead of strike threat

As of Tuesday afternoon, no deal had been signed between 750 Air Transat pilots and ALPA, the pilots' union.
Travel plans for thousands of Canadians could be disrupted or cancelled if a deal is not reached by 3 a.m. on Wednesday, the deadline for the pilots' strike.
Jaden Lee-Lincoln reports from Terminal 3 at Pearson International Airport, Toronto, where several flights have already been cancelled.
“It's a big inconvenience. You're a big airline, they're all big airlines. How is it that you can't manage to get your sh*t together and figure this out?" a passenger told Lincoln.
