Ingredients/材料:
📒抹茶格兰诺拉/📒 Matcha Granola:
传统燕麦 2 Cups Oats
混合坚果 1把 1 Handful Mixed Nuts
椰子片 20g Coconut Flakes
抹茶粉 2 Tsp Matcha Powder
枫糖浆 30ml Maple Syrup
椰子油 2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
海盐 1小撮 1 Pinch Sea Salt
水 15ml Water
TIPS:加入一些水可以便于食材混合,并且可以少加一点油更健康。同时也能避免烤焦。
Adding some water makes it easier to mix the ingredients, and it can be healthier to add a little less oil. It also avoids burning.
📒黄桃三明治/📒 Yellow Peach Sandwich:
黄桃 2个 2 Yellow Peaches
全麦欧包 1块 1 Whole Wheat Bread
花生酱 1 Tbsp Peanut Butter
薄荷 适量 Mint
火麻仁 适量 Hemp Seed
