Synchronized Swimming Underwater Tricks

Remember the summer and how wonderful it was to swim in an outdoor pool? Hope you enjoy this video taken in the summer time when the days were longer and there was no snow on the ground. We had lots of fun doing underwater connects, spins, twirls, and of course jumping off the diving board. We even did a dolphin chain, which always looks much cooler underwater than it does above the water.

We are a group of synchronized swimmers (also known as artistic swimming) who compete nationally and internationally. We also perform at shows in Baltimore and Washington, D.C.
