Ebb & Flow Method:
Step 1 - hype yourself up, connect, do whatever it is you need to do as a pre shifting routine
Step 2 - box breathe if it is comfortable for you while affirming “I am open to successfully shifting” rather than counting. If box breathing isn’t something you like to do, just affirm the above statement as many times as you would like.
Step 3 - Affirm that you have done enough to successfully shift
Step 4 - embody your DR self or daydream. (When I say embody your DR self I mean think like your DR self/assume you are already there)
