IT Cosmetics Do It All Concealer - Does It Live Up to the Claims?

Hi everyone, today I’m reviewing the new It Cosmetics Do It All Radiant Concealer in the shade 230. This is a medium-coverage concealer that claims to visibly plump, conceal, hydrate & brighten! This is formulated for mature skin, covering dry & dark under-eyes, hyperpigmentation, dark spots and blemishes! I’ll be sharing the results of my wear tests and also comparing it to the Bye Bye Under Eye Concealer!
