Shaking is one of the best way to release the stagnant energy and relax the body and mind. It's a technique that I use almost every day and I always bring at my retreats. It's so much fun too!
Shaking activates the parasympathetic nervous system and signals the brain to calm, relax and let go. It also activates the lymphatic system of our body, which helps our body get rid of the toxins.
This class will start with a gentle body warm up, shaking practice and will follow with a guided meditation for all levels practitioners.
If you are new to meditation or your body cannot stay in a seated position for too long, feel free to relax in Shavasana while being guided by my voice. Hope you enjoy!
