I am Bigger than my body

This video is about a feeling I had one day, while alone on a medical assignment, away from family.
I had the rare chance to workout, and I was clearly feeling determined yet contemplative, confined to my body, yet free and not bound by the limited of my surroundings, until I exceeding my expectations, and finally broke out and found myself spinning out of control, and on the ground of a nearby golf course(closed for the winter). All footage was by me with my cell phone.
I think this same feeling or inspiration tells us that there is more to this life than meets the eye and that we have limitless potential if we will just see it. This same thinking I feel got me where I am today, a cochlear implant surgeon, and super subspecialist of the hearing and balance system, one of the most complex sensory organs systems of the body that gives us our sense of our place in space, and also helps us communicate with our surroundings with sound, in nature in solitude, or with others in our work setting.
The dizzy spinning feeling I show may be too stimulating for some of my patients, who are very motion sensitive. None the less, I dedicate that moment to them, some of them chronically suffering from vertigo or the sense of imbalance, and the uncertainty of a dizzy attack. As I did at the end, we can get back up, recover, and get back to our lives, with determination and some help with others with compassion.
"I am Bigger than my body" by John Mayer was the inspiration. Inver Grove Heights, MN is the location. Enjoy!
