Delicious Fish Biryani Recipe | A Flavorful Twist on Classic Biryani!

Ingredients You'll Need:

400g Fish (any variety , i have used tuna in this recipe )

1/4 cup Plain yogurt (curd)

3/4 teaspoon Red chili powder

1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder

1 tablespoon Chopped ginger-garlic paste

Salt to taste

Juice of 1/2 lime

250g Basmati rice

1 large Onion, thinly sliced

A handful of Shallots, thinly sliced

6 Green chilies, slit

1 tablespoon Chopped ginger-garlic paste

1 Tomato, chopped

Fresh coriander leaves, chopped

Fresh mint leaves, chopped

2 tablespoons Oil (for frying)

Spices for rice:

1 Cinnamon stick

3-4 Cloves

3-4 Cardamom pods

1 Star anise

2 Bay leaves

1/2 teaspoon Black peppercorns

Cashews and raisins (for garnish)

1/2 cup Fried onions (for garnish)

For Cooking:

2 cups Water (for 1 cup rice)

Salt to taste
