Here is a walk through of the process that I used with the quick blue bleach, 30 volume developer and Wella T18 toner with 20 volume developer. I was scared to try after a few failed attempts with other products but the quick blue worked amazingly!
Products used:
Loreal Quick Blue bleach
Salon Care 30 volume developer
Wella T18 Toner
Wella 20 volume developer
I let the quick blue sit for the full 45-50 minutes to get the lift that I needed so it would be ready for the toner.
I let the T18 toner sit for the full 30 minutes to make sure all of the gold and brassy tones were removed!scdasdddddddddd;
