Hello! Hippocampus here! The latest marvel of modern medicine is undoubtedly Gene Therapy. Psychology, biology, and of course medicine have pumped ungodly amounts of funding into it... and with potentially good reason. For studies have found it being able to treat an array for diseases, from cancer, to cystic fibrosis, and even Parkinson's disease, all diseases with genetic elements. But is it actually this good? For it seems as though even with it's positives, gene therapy patients are still dying, and even worse, it may be falling into the wrong hands!
