Wild Camping in Heavy Rain – Lake District

This video features a winter wild camp above Ullswater in the English Lake District National Park. The route begins with a steep ascent to Sheffield Pike from Ullswater. Greeted by strong winds on the tops, a descent was imminent resulting in a hurried pitch of the Helm Compact 1 @ ~600m against the failing winter light. Come along for the journey.
