How to create a BCG Matrix using excel

BCG Matrix is a widely used portfolio analysis tool. The BCG or Boston Consulting Group matrix was developed by Bruce Hendersen in the 70s. The two dimensions of the BCG matrix are relative market share (your market share compared to the largest competitor in your market) and the market growth rate. The 4 quadrants of the BCG Matrix are Dogs, Question Mark, Stars and Cash Cows.
