Camping in HEAVY RAIN in Big Agnes Tiger Wall UL2 | Ultralight Hiking Tent

We bought a new tent, Big Agnes Tiger Wall UL2 and the weather forecast promised heavy rain so it was a good idea to test if this ultralight hiking tent is waterproof. I just hiked away one hour from our home, into the forests of Jokkmokk together with Annie, my border collie.
A week before I was on the snowmobile and now the snow was more or less gone, but still, some ice was left on the lakes.
I always try to say that you should enjoy your closest surrounding and use your time to get a lot of nature experiences as often as you can, even if they’re short. The grass is not always greener far away. And, you can learn a lot during these shorter trips. It’s a good idea to test new gear and equipment and new ideas. If you make a mistake or if something goes wrong you are only a short distance from home.
