WHATS UP GUYS, IT’S THE CAPTAIN.
Today was a back and biceps workout, focused on building thickness, control, and a full arm pump.
We kept it heavy and precise, hitting:
• Barbell Rows
• T-Bar Rows
• Dumbbell Rows
Then moved into biceps:
• Dumbbell Curls
• Across-the-Chest Curls
We finished the session with shoulder raises to round everything out and lock in the pump.
As always, we wrapped it up with posing at the end to track progress and stay sharp.
