The original gearbox used a gear shift lever mounted directly on the gear shifter body; however, due to the car being newly assembled, the gear shift lever was moved further back and is no longer suitable for the driving position.
In this video, I decided to completely handcraft a gear shift lever holder, moving the lever from the rear to the front, right next to the seat, making operation more convenient and safer.
⏱️ The entire process took 12 hours of continuous work, from measuring – cutting – welding – assembling, and then finishing with a blue paint job.
Next came the process of making supports for the fuel tank, battery, and, more importantly in this version, adding a compressed air tank, a significant upgrade to the operating system.
