Van Egmond is currently playing for Melbourne City in Australia and Orlando Pride in the USA. She has previously played for German side 1. FFC Frankfurt and VfL Wolfsburg in the Bundesliga, Danish side Fortuna Hjørring in the Elitedivisionen, Chicago Red Stars in the NWSL as well as Canberra United, Newcastle Jets and Western Sydney Wanderers in Australia's W-League.
