I want to talk about what a loan officer is and what makes the loan officers that are part of the Find My Way Home expert panel different.

So a loan officer by definition is a salesperson. We have to sell a mortgage, we have to convince you that we can get the mortgage, we have to say the rate, we have to say the fees, we have to convince you to use us.

We don't do that here. We're here to solve problems. I just need to know my guidelines and I need to sell you my confidence and my understanding that you believe me - that I'm gonna be able to solve your problem.

Because you're here because you have some problem, you're here because some loan officer told you yes and then told you no; or all these loan officers have told you no, and you don't think they're right, you think there's some way to do it.
