Hello fellow Urbanites! And welcome back to another episode of The Urban Butchery Channel with Franco Macellaio!
Today Franco takes you through a recipe of how a butcher makes a traditional Cornish Pasty. Its the kind you may find in your local Butchers shop made with only the best local ingredients. The Cornish pasty contains Potato, Onion, Turnip, Skirt and Suit along with some beef dripping for extra flavour and a rich gravy.
Pasty was in the oven for 220°C/428°F for 10 minutes then 80°C /356°F for 45-50 minutes
