In this video, I talk about my previous company, which has still not paid my Full & Final Settlement even after more than 30 days. After serving the organization for almost 8 years, this kind of behavior is extremely disappointing. I never expected such treatment, and honestly, it broke my heart.
After that, I went to a Union Bank ATM to withdraw cash for household expenses, but unfortunately, the ATM was not working. This added to my frustration, and I had to visit another bank’s ATM to manage my expenses.
Later, I went to Noida for a job interview at IMTS – Institute of Management & Technical Studies, located near Sector 15 Noida Metro Station. They were hiring for multiple roles and offered a salary of ₹18,000–₹20,000 per month. I tried to negotiate for a better package, but they said they would call me later, so I decided to move on and continue my job search.
After that, I visited the Karol Bagh office to personally discuss my pending Full & Final Settlement with senior staff. They assured me that the payment would be cleared soon, but as of now, I am still waiting.
This vlog is a reminder to be very careful before joining any company. If I receive my pending payment, I will definitely update you in the next video.
