I take a left from the East German District towards the Oberbaum Bridge.
The Oberbaum Bridge, Berlin's landmark, connects the districts of Kreuzberg and Friedrichshain by crossing the River Spree. With its red-brick arches and neo-Gothic towers, it is a strong landmark in Berlin's urban landscape that is simultaneously a transport axis, railway line and historical symbol.
