Driving from Tschierv, Switzerland to Resia (Reschen), Italy in the Alps - autumn time.
From Tschierv we follow the Route 28 (H28) southeast toward Müstair drive through Valchava and Santa Maria Val Müstair on Route 28.
After Müstair we cross the border into Italy then follow SS41 (Strada Statale 41) southeast through Taufers im Münstertal, and continue to drive on SS41 as it winds through the valley, passing through the villages of Laatsch (Laudes) and Glurns (Glorenza).
At Glurns, we merge onto SS40 toward Resia (Reschen) drive until we reach Resia (Reschen).
Key point of interests:
Müstair: Home to the UNESCO World Heritage site, Benedictine Convent of St. John.
Glurns: A charming medieval town with preserved walls and towers.
Lake Resia: Famous for its submerged bell tower.
