Looking for a NATURAL way to manage your ANXIETY?
Here is the third video of my series, “Natural Alternatives with Dr. Chad.” I’m focusing on ANXIETY, since so many of us are dealing with it right now in this covid-19 world.
As a Neurologist and someone who suffers from anxiety, I set out to find out as much as a could about organic options can help people with anxiety. Do they work? Are their side effects? How much should you take? Just a few of the questions I’ll answer.
This video focuses on the element Magnesium. Recommended dosage for Magnesium is 400mg per day.
