Route 19 Running Day

The Heritage Bus Running Day on London Route 19 in Central London, organised by the London Bus Museum on Saturday 29th March 2025.

Featuring classic London buses running from 1930s to 1980s. Mostly these buses will be RTs and Routemasters.

Arriva London Route 19 runs from Battersea Bridge to Finsbury Park via Chelsea, Hyde Park & The West End. I’ll be featuring heritage buses in Hyde Park Corner, Piccadilly Circus, Islington Angel, Highbury Corner and Finsbury Park.

Some special highlights of this event was London Bus Museum’s AEC Regents STL441 & RT1, and Leyland Routemaster prototype RML3. Other highlights were LT Museum prototype RM1 and even an Ipswich Leyland Open Topper. Some other highlights were LBC’s Leyland Titan RTL1105 and AEC Regents RT961 and RT4772 since their recent restorations.
