Here we made again a latkan whitch is golden so here we showing a tutorial for latakan for lehenga or blouse of lehenga saree blouse using left over fabric or same laces or borders of saree.
it’s so easy DIY project that you can make in very low cost and within some minutes. Its so classy so trendy .we really enjoyed making of this net tassel .
