Ever on the lookout for some good park science. Today we're testing our strategy for the last 4 hours at DCA. 6pm to park closing at 10pm. The theory is that the park slowly gets less and less busy as the night progresses. How did that work out? I'll say I was kind of SHOCKED by what we walked into on this Wednesday evening.
