Fred Herbert, ever a man to find himself caught up in misadventure, has had an unfortunate accident which left the ill-fated Bail Bondsman unable to get up. He decides to call the Powell Hospital in Ohio, hoping that the health experts residing there may be able to help him back up; unfortunately they merely suggest that he call the police. Even after refuting their advice, however, the useless nurses pass Fred onto the boys in blue, who are able to track him down after an escape attempt - forcing Mr. Herbert to use all his cunning to evade capture.
