This hay haul didn’t go as planned…
After losing a belt on my New Holland 644 round baler, I had to finish baling with just 5 belts — resulting in some ugly-edged 4x5 bales. In this video, I load up multiple loads of those bales from a neighboring farm and haul them back to Nelson Ridge Farm.
It was a long day of loading and hauling — but the real kicker came at the end: an unexpected, fast-moving thunderstorm hit just as I was unloading the final load. Don’t miss the last few minutes — it got intense fast.
