【🎥👨‍🍳The Magical Combination of Sweet Potato Leaves and Mutton! A Behind-the-Scenes Look at the Belize Cooking Workshop】

Ever imagined that sweet potato leaves and lamb could be this versatile as cooking ingredients? At Central Farm in Cayo, Belize, the TaiwanICDF Technical Mission and CARDI fired up a lively cooking workshop full of flavor and fun! 🥬🥩

Local students and other community members rolled up their sleeves to prepare three mouthwatering dishes, including 🥗chilled sweet potato leaves, 🍳 mutton and egg stir-fry, and 🥩 stir-fried mutton with sweet potato leaves.

And they didn’t stop at savory! The sweet finale featured creamy goat milk cake and silky goat milk pudding that wowed the crowd 🍰🥛

This workshop is part of the “Breeding Sheep and Goat Production and Guidance System Enhancement Project,” showcasing innovative ways to enjoy local ingredients while adding value to Belize’s agri-products.
