Wessel Bosscher is a new media artist, designer and freelance creative coder. Technology and new media can expand and extend our view of reality, allowing us to see beyond our senses. Wessel’s work explores the invisible and unseen worlds around us—systems and worlds that surpass the limits of perception. His work aims to tell stories and make the hidden layers and connections between the visible and invisible worlds perceivable through digital interactive media and sound.

"Everything Diffracted" is a generative film created by Wessel Bosscher during the Covid lockdown, exploring the themes of spaces and places. The primary goal of this film is to visually capture the emotions experienced during the lockdown period. The sensation of being confined to your room and spending hours behind the computer staring at the screen resulted in a mental state that felt confusing, chaotic, and diffracted.
As you watch the film, you will slowly journey through the diverse spaces of my mind, mirroring the transitions between indoor and outdoor spaces in the physical world.
