It took along time for me to get used to the notorious tilt back feeling that you have when reaching bp, it is similar to tilting back in a chair and catching yourself because you feel that you are going passed the point that you will fall at.
You have to get used to that feeling and it does wear off, trust me it does. I don't even feel it anymore.
RIP Steven hawking I hope they have handicapped parking were you are at.
