A victim of repeated homophobic abuse asks what Nottinghamshire Police is doing to educate young people about the harm it causes, in this video.
On International Day Against Homophobia, Transphobia and Biphobia today, watch Simon Smalley from Top Valley, as he put the question to Temporary Chief Constable Steve Cooper in the ‘Ask the Chief’ public section of Police and Crime Commissioner Gary Godden’s latest Accountability Board.
Commissioner Godden holds the Accountability Board every two months as part of his responsibility to hold the force to account on behalf of the public.
The public section of July’s Accountability Board will be scrutinising the delivery of the Police Race Action Plan and delivering for our rural communities.
