July 5 -- James Comey, director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, speaks about the findings from the agency's inquiry into Hillary Clinton's use of a private e-mail server while serving as U.S. secretary of state. Speaking at a news conference in Washington, Comey said the FBI is recommending that no charges be filed against Clinton or her aides.
