One year ago Jordan and I first experienced love in its purest form! I gave birth to Jacob on the 5th Jan 2017 at 11.13am, he is the most incredible gift we have ever received! Jacob's first year has been the most incredible year of our lives and we are so looking forward to what this next year brings!
