Here is my Stage 1 engine service for the Ford Puma (inc. Racing Edition).. Here i am showing you the work i did on FRP166 and the amount of 'other' jobs that need incorporating to make it a tidy job. You will see all the cleaning down, various parts replaced including the Cam Timing belt and water pump. Also smaller parts like the thermostat, cam seals, crankshaft seals, cleaning and re-sealing of the sump trays etc etc. Fitting of the ST150 clutch
Timings are as follows:
Replacing the Rear Crankshaft retainer seal (03:22)
Dis-assembly of the external engine parts (04:30)
FRP Inlet Removal (08:13)
Blow-By! (10:35)
Clean down of the engine (with music!) (11:10)
Removing/cleaning sump trays (14:18)
Re-seal and torque down (17:49)
Front Crank Seal (20:07)
Water Pump (20:52)
Positioning the cams lobes, crank with TDC (22:00)
Re-tension the cams (28:00)
replacing the core plugs (30:45)
How the tensioner works (32:00)
Withdraw the pin! (34:00)
Torque up the cams (35:30)
Top Cover (37:00)
