Transforming Their Regenerative Farm into an Artisanal Meat Empire (Red House Ranch)

Ike and Dave have used the last 8 years to convert their family farm into a regenerative farm raising cows, pigs, and chickens. They recently shifted from 2,000 laying hens to maximizing and building their pastures and forested pig enterprise. This move was facilitated by a demand for local and fresh charcuterie. They are still working through their certifications and commercial kitchen but a simple taste of it will leave you craving more!
