backing powder - 3/4 tspn

milk - 2 tbspn
3. LIQUID
milk - 1 cup
dulce de leche - 3 tbspn
4. CREAM LAYER
dulce de leche - 4 tbspn
thick cream - 1/2 cup
whipping cream - 1/2 cup
melted china grass liquid
( China grass-1 tspn (powdered)+ water-1/4cup )
5. caramelized nuts
sugar - 1/4 cup
water - 1 tbspn
nuts ( peanut ) - 1/2 cup
