This quest is pretty easy, the big boss can't take any dmg from you, the only way you can give dmg to it is by allowing it summon its minion. The assasin one will give dmg to the big one on death and heal it on NP, the caster do th reverse. So the solution of this simple, just keep hitting the assassin one
