Xiaomi Roborock S50 / S51 Error 18: Fixed by a clumsy person

The other day my Roborock threw an "error 18". Apparently there is something wrong with the fan. While I've always been a huge fan, I think it is talking about an internal one, but I'm not sure. I've tried resetting Robo but to no avail. I figured I should fix it one way or the other, because otherwise it's just collecting dust.
So I ordered a new fan from AliExpress for EUR 20 or so. The thing is, I don't know my way around hardware (at all) and to replace the fan I had to disassemble nearly the entire thing. So I hope this very long video is enjoyable for those more proficient, or maybe it contains something educational for those like me.
Spoiler: at the end of the video I have two screws that should've been in the robot somewhere. I hope he's OK.
