Fresh Air is paramount when it comes to indoor air quality and wellness. This video explains the method to calculate the required ventilation air flow rate for proper indoor air quality. The formula and prescriptive table is shown for continuous ventilation and it is based on Standard ASHRAE 62.2_2010. The 2013 version is identical with the only difference of adding more cfm per 100sqft (3 cfm/100 sqft against 1cfm/100sqft).
