120 Second Timer

120-second timer with no repeats. This countdown timer starts immediately and alerts you when the 120-second timer is complete with a triple beep. The background indicates progress by switching between red and blue.

The background reveals the next interval by colour while also indicating the progress through the current interval. The top display tells you the total time elapsed and remaining for the workout and the name of the current interval.
