The Mountain of Moses - is the real Mount Sinai in Saudi Arabia?

Some people believe that the historical Mt. Sinai is actually located in Saudi Arabia, and if so Jabal Al-Lawz is one of the most likely candidates. On our recent trip to northwestern Saudi Arabia, we drove out to Jabal Al-Lawz and visited a rock formation covered in inscriptions of cows that some people believe would be the altar made for the golden calf in Exodus 32.
