Manchanabele Dam is a small reservoir built across the Arkavathy River, a tributary of the Cauvery River, located near the village of Manchanabele which is approximately 45 kilometers west of Bengaluru, in the state of Karnataka. The picturesque surroundings of the backwaters, with hills and forests in the backdrop, make it a serene location for nature lovers and tourists seeking a getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life.
The Dam also plays a crucial role in providing water for agricultural purposes in the surrounding areas, contributing to the region's socio-economic development.

The Big Banyan Tree-A living testament to the passage of time and the resilience of nature. It is believed to be over 400 years old. Its exact age is difficult to determine, but it is estimated to have stood for centuries, witnessing the passage of time and the changes in its surroundings. Total area covered is approx 3 acres. This is the 6th biggest Banyan tree in India.
