Enchilada tacos:
1-2lbs chicken breast trimmed and placed in crock pot
1-2 cans enchilada sauce
1-2 pkgs taco seasoning
Give a good mix and cook on low for 6 hrs.
39 mins before it gets done shred chicken and top with shredded cheese
When done place in tortillas
Butterfinger Cake:
1 box chocolate cake baked according to directions
1 bottle caramel sauce
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 container cool whip
Butterfinger candy bars crushed
Vanilla
Powdered sugar
When cake is baked and cooled poke holes with the handle of a wooden spoon top with sweetened condensed milk, caramel sauce let seep into cake sit aside
Mix 1 container cool whip with 1 tsp vanilla and powdered sugar to preference whip thoroughly spread over cake then top with crushed butterfingers
