Uttar Pradesh ki Pasandida Dalbari Puri ya Paratha
Ingredients:
Chana dal - 1 cup ( overnight soaked)
Garlic - 10
Ginger - inch
Green chilli - 4-5
Jeera - 1 tsp
Salt
Fresh Coriander
Curry leaves.
Method:
1. In a cooker add oil, jeera, ginger- garlic- chilli & curry leaves followed by chana dal.
2. Add little water & pressure cook for 6-7 whistles.
3. Let the dal cool down & grind it with some water & fresh Coriander.
4. Make a paratha like aalo & spreadoil or ghee & serve it with oil or ghee.
