Are you ready to be part of Kuwait’s fastest-growing FinTech company? AZ eWallet is looking for an Operations Coordinator to play a vital role in coordinating operations, improving processes, and driving the growth of the digital payments ecosystem in Kuwait. 🌍💸
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Serve as the go-to person for day-to-day operations coordination with internal teams and external partners.
• Collaborate with the technology team on system incidents, updates, and service improvements.
• Monitor daily transactions, identify issues, and ensure swift resolution.
• Prepare and maintain detailed MIS reports (daily, weekly, and monthly).
• Track SLAs and vendor performance to ensure smooth operational flow.
• Assist the Head of Operations with key tasks, documentation, and process enhancements.
• Help develop SOPs and knowledge bases.
What We’re Looking For:
• 3-5 years of experience in Operations (Fintech, Banking, or Financial Services).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Excellent command of English (Arabic is a plus).
• Strong communication and coordination skills, especially via email and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, dashboards); knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.
• Detail-driven and able to manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Currently residing in Kuwait with valid residency.
• Ready-to-join candidates preferred, but not mandatory.
